Your right to deletion
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you. This applies to enquiry details you sent through the site, contact records from past conversations, and personal data held in connection with a finished engagement.
How to request it
Email cluvolve@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us the name, email address, and phone number the data relates to, so we can find every record. We may ask a follow-up question to verify that the request genuinely comes from you or someone authorised to act for you — we will not delete someone's data on an unverified third party's request.
What happens next
We confirm receipt within 3 business days, and complete verified deletions within 30 days: contact records, enquiry history, and files containing your personal data are removed from our active systems, and any service providers processing that data for us are instructed to do the same.
What we may need to keep
Some records must survive a deletion request because the law requires keeping them — issued invoices and accounting records for the retention period tax law in India sets, and records needed to establish or defend legal claims. Anything kept on this basis is stored only for that purpose and deleted when the period ends.
Data on third-party platforms
If your data sits inside a platform account owned by you or your employer (for example your company's ad account), deletion there is controlled by the account owner and the platform, not by us — we can point you to the right place, but the request has to go to them.
